Didn't know what to expect here. Goal was to average in the 62s I guess. Took 400 jog rest. It was pretty easy, despite my legs feeling really flat. Never had that leg burning, booty lock feeling you typical do when you get 400s around mile pace. I was able to recover pretty quickly and could have done a lot more without an issue.
