Plan was 20x400m with 1:00 rest@70-71. Wasn't sure how I would feel because I'm getting the pre-cold symptoms:drippy nose, sneezing a ton and a little drainage.

Got out quicker than I wanted but it felt nice and relaxed. I was clicking things off and then the wrestling team decided to come out and take up the entire track. I moved to lane 8 for a few of these and didn't get too mad because wrestling is harder than running.

I got a little boost from the 'rasslers and got moving too quickly. I made myself back off a hair and then again when they left.

On the last one, I had some slight hip tiredness the last 100m or so but other than that, this was really easy, just incredibly boring. I felt like I could have done 30 without a problem because I was recovering so quickly. I kept on reminding myself that I have another hard workout in about 36 hours, so I made sure I was keeping it relaxed. If I didn't have something soon, I probably would have tried to close out the last 4 at sub 65.

My cool-down pace was pretty fast, which means the workout wasn't too taxing. Good sign.
