Legs felt pretty fresh but had some pains the first 400m or so and then about two miles in. It felt like my left leg was losing it's coordination and would give out and towards the end of the run, my upper anterior shin felt really tight. This is pretty much exactly what happened last year before having to take a few weeks off. I've been having some sciatic pain for a while, so I really need to stretch that and the last several days, I've noticed my second toe has been really sore/tight. I read online that a really long second toe can cause a lot of metatarsal and arch pain, so maybe it's related to that.
