Notes
1st mile=headwind but felt easy
2nd mile=felt smooth again with some downhill running; thought sub 31:00 which was my goal
3rd mile=freaking hills; maybe can rally for sub 31
4th mile=over 5:50 pace halfway into it or whenever the turn around was. just couldn't get up the hills at a fast pace even though I could tell I wasn't running hard...legs just didn't want to run
5th mile=some more climbing and waining motivation since I wasn't sure if I'd break 32:00 since my GPS was ahead of the mile marks
6th mile=I didn't know there was this much downhill running or I would have opened up some. Was a little frustrated at this point.
Last little bit=long climb which I wasn't feeling
Normally I'm not one of those GPS whiners but this course had to be long. If the course was flat, I think sub 31:00 wouldn't have been hard at all. Whatever.
