Notes
Weather was about 80 and low/mid 60s dewpoint.
Usual 6:20, 5:55, 5:30 goal.
Section 1: felt way, way too easy (turned out to be a nice tailwind)
Section 2: pretty decent. Had some slow climbs which got to me some.
Section 3: quads wouldn't go on the uphills with the headwind. It wasn't a situation where your trying to squeeze every bit of juice out, they felt like they wouldn't contract, and were hollow or something.
Debating running a little longer, especially since I was on a downhill that had another quarter mile but my legs were starting to lock up, so I called it a run.
Had a lot of stomach trouble the rest of the day and felt like crap, so maybe it was the antibiotics or something.
