Plan was 10x2:00 on/off with the on at sub 5:00. My legs didn't want to go, just I told myself to work into them. The pace wasn;t hard and I wasn't breathing hard after each one (while normally I'm struggling). My legs just had nothing and they felt like they were made out of cotton or something...wouldn't contract and had absolutely nothing. When I was into my fifth, I stopped trying and jogged easily back in. Hopefully it's just lingering viral stuff.
