Notes
Was dragging this morning, so got started later than planned. Normally sleep about 7 hours a night on the weekend but I got over 11 last night. Guess I was tired.
Felt groggy for the first couple of miles but felt better with every mile. Stopped for some water after the Boomer Route and then got rolling again. I felt like I was jogging when I was in the lower 6s but started to pretty thirsty around 17 miles in. The thirst and headwind started getting to me a tad bit the last couple of miles but I was still running easily.
Good run. My basic endurance isn't bad but my speed isn't great. I was expecting to be dead today, but I felt really good.
