Mile warm-up, three miles each at 6:05, 5:40, 5:15.

The effort was super easy at first and I was feeling good. The second round was even easier and it felt like I was jogging, which was probably a result of the 12mph tailwind. The third section was easy at first (first 1.5 had a crosswind) and once I got back onto LSC, the wind was tough. I started getting pretty tired with about a mile to go and went from expecting to extend the run up the hill at Saundersville to stopping at the end of LSC. It definitely felt harder than MP but it was straight into the wind. So, yeah.
