Ran to the park for some hill blasts. I ordered some more whey protein last week and got a couple of free samples of something called Hemo-Rage Ultra Concentrate, which I decided to take before I ran. It's basically just some creatine, beta-alanine, DMAA, caffeine and some other stuff. I had a really intense focus the whole run and my legs were really itching to to push hard, but I held back. After the run, Mary said I was acting kind of weird, so I think it was just the DMAA talking. My legs felt pretty good on the blasts, but my adducters were really giving out the last few seconds on the last few reps.
