Plan was 4x.30ish mile (started where the "new" pavement started) uphill and then four downhills. Melted snow on the street and there was a slight tailwind up and headwind down.

I hate all hills, so my goal was to stay mentally tough and complete the workout. First two were pretty easy, second two got tough.

I was going to do 4x60s on/90s off on the flat road since I was nervous about running on the wet downhill but it wasn't bad.

First one was tough the last part and I was huffing and puffing.

The last one really sucked the last 30s or so and I was in big time oxygen debt at the end so I knew I shouldn't force two more.

I ran this workout last August, except I ran 8xuphill and averaged a little faster (pace instead of time since I started about about 20m or ahead) and ran this workout faster in September of 2013 but I was much less rusty then.
