Treadmill

Notes

Since my hamstring hurts a lot running down hills, I decided to test it out on the treadmill, on an incline.

Started out at 2.5 and ran mid 7:00s for about a mile before dropping it to lower 7:00s, where it stayed the rest of the run.

After 10 minutes, went to 3%, 15 minutes was 3.5%, 20 was 4%, 25 was 4.5%, 26 was 5%, 27 was 5.5%, 28 was 6%, 29 was 6.5%.

Hamstring hurt less as I increased the incline. The last few minutes were pretty tough because of the incline but at least I was able to run.
