Notes
1.5 miles warm-up, 2 miles at 5:44, 5:37, one mile jog, two miles at 5:39, 5:37. The first two felt a little tough but that's probably because of the temperature and not being warmed up very well. Left quad feels about 40% today and I could feel it some on the hills. I'll really hammer it tonight on the roller and hopefully it's a good bit better tomorrow.
