After these last two workouts, I've felt like crap for the next couple of days afterward. I'm not sure how legit it is but I think it's due to a nutrition issue. I ran some high mileage, with a lot of intensity in those sessions. Both of them were done at night, and post workout, I would eat a bowl of cereal or two, along with some Gatorade. After that, i wouldn't eat again for about 9-10 hours. I probably need to start eating more calories after a night workout, so I can recover better.
