Notes

Ran this around 10am instead of waking up first thing and running on an empty stomach. With the race yesterday and the marathon this weekend, I didn't want stress my body too much.

Quads and adductors pretty tight/sore but felt good when I started running. Ran the Boomer Route first, to get the hills out of the way and stopped home for some water. Felt good at the start of St. Blaise but started to get really thirsty around 15 miles. I was looking everywhere for a hose and didn't find one until about 18 miles in, at the quarry. It was hot and tasted like crap, but it was water.

One mile sub 6:10. Ran the last few a little slower since I was so thirsty. Legs really achy after this one.
