Was going to run in the 6:15 range but got moving too quickly and couldn't get out of that groove.
I'd feel a little tired from time to time and my legs were a little heavy. Even though at some points, it felt like I was jogging, I was still running quickly. And by jogging, I don't mean that it was super easy, it just felt like my legs were tired and weren't moving that fast.
Legs have some deep achiness to them from yesterdays track workout.
