85-100% MP Progression Run. Ran 2 miles around 7:00, 3 miles around 6:40, 3 miles around 6:15 and 1 mile around 7:00. The 6:15 miles got a tad hard towards the end and I was getting somewhat near my A.T. level. Kind of fatigued at the end. Had trouble sleeping last night as well.
