Notes

Ran the long way to the greenway, six miles of 1:00 fast/slow with a two mile warm-up and cool-down. Whenever I run minutes, I run way too fast early on and can't finish the workout, so I tried to start more slowly and be more patient with it today. I felt really good for the first few miles and was thinking about doing 6.5-7 miles worth of minutes, but the last two all of a sudden started hurting really badly and my last one, which was up a hill, really killed me. I was fine on the flats and really struggled on the hills, probably due to my "hill muscles" still being a little worn out from the race and long run.

I ran in my A4s again. They felt pretty good but are still a tad narrow. I need to find some super thin socks.
