Notes

Met up with Vance for some hill blasts. Did a little it over a two mile warm-up, drills, 8x100m strides and then headed to the hill for six hill blasts. I felt pretty strong on these but still got smoked by Vance on all of them. Afterward, ran about 1.5 mile cool-down.
