I was going to do a long run with a moderate fartlek towards the end but it was raining and 40 degrees when I woke up. It continued to rain until about 1:30pm and just as I was about to head out the door, my father-in-law came over for a while.
Then I was lazy and after four miles, decided a nap sounded better so I turned around and took one.
