Plan was my yet to be named hard workout: 10 miles of 3:00 fast/3:00 moderate over rolling hills. During the warm-up, I debated switching it to the flats because my legs have felt tired because of the virus but I wanted a hard mental stimulus today. Dumb move.

From the get-go, my legs were dead on the hills. Every hill was a big struggle but I was running pretty decently on the flats and downhills. Scrapped it after my fourth hard 3:00 section.

Was .05 miles behind where I was 21:00 into this workout the last time I ran it (about 1.5 weeks before Murray Half). But it was a ton cooler and I wasn't coming off some virus thing.

Extremely frustrating because I've been very up and down lately. Tired of these tough cards because I need to buckle down an get fit.
