Felt like crap on the warm-up and felt really weak on the strides, so we went back to Connor's classroom so I could eat three cups of cereal.

1st one=didn't feel very smooth

2nd one=ran on the outside of lane one, beside Connor. Still felt a little flat

3rd one=led the first 800m in 2:18-19, then Connor took over. Felt better

4th-6th one=Connor led the first 800m of the rest of these. Went through in 2:21-2:22 for the rest. Felt decent on them and never struggled aerobically. Felt like I could have done two more pretty easily because the fatigue wasn't getting too progressive.

Pleased with the workout because I wasn't expecting much. Rough plan was start at 4:45-4:50 with 400m jog and work down if I felt good. Before the sickness, I wanted to start around 4:40 and work down to low 4:30s, forcing myself to really dig. Since I've been worthless for a few days, I felt like my body didn't need a really hard stress and wasn't in position to really dig deep.

MBA's track is a good bit harder than HHS, which the cold weather and spikes making it feel even harder.
