Tough workout. Thought I could do 6-7 miles of 1:00 on/off but I was dead at 4, so I called it a day. Ran the 4 miles in 23:35, so I averaged 5:54ish pace. After doing some rough math, the fast portions were probably around 4:40pace. My legs were just worn out from the get-go, which is probably expected from the pounding of Sunday's run. I haven't had the trashed legs/constantly worn-out feeling in this phase yet, so I'm hoping to train really hard these next two weeks to really close out the end of this phase.
