helped pace from miles 12-26.2 of the Vancouver Marathon, the 3:45 group, had a blast, looking forward to pacing Portland Marathon, what fun it was to be encouraging to others and giving back to the sport I love and for all the people in my life who have paced me that's what today was about, and an opportunity to get a nice and relaxed long run in. the pace of course was very comfortable for me, at times tough to go that slow but a girl in our group set a 10 min PR and that made my day that I got to help her do that
