Pfitz Week 10 Day 5
VO2 Max 8 mi with 5x800 @5k race pace. Intervals were at 7:13 pace, 3 minute recoveries at 9:31 pace. Last recovery was 1/2 walking. Felt good and strong once I got my legs under me on treadmill. No knee pain. 2 mi warmup and just over 2 mi cooldown.
