Felt pretty good, fastest most efficient mile was mile 7, 10:00 mile, 143 bpm, go figure - 6 miles to warm up?? Had some glute pain from mile 3-4.5, settled in low glute/upper hammy. Pretty much went away at mile 5.5.

Nice night out, cool moon

Update, Fri am, rt hamstring is really tight.
