17 days since my last run, it was o.k. overall. Ya sure do loose something over 2.5 weeks!! Ran a little faster than normal but I think I'm doomed to short/infrequent runs for a couple weeks so I'm going to jack them up a bit. Went to the doc friday and he suggested Yoga, what the hell, gave it a try this morning so I'm a bit wiped from that. Nothing more than a core workout with goofy music, at least the americanized version you get at the Y. I'm doing a lot of different exercises to strengthen the core/hamstring/... so not sure if I'm actually supposed to feel good or not right now.

Did feel tight in the rt glute and calf, and at the end in the hamstring - just like 2.5 weeks ago. WTF
