Notes

Couldn't bear the though of running in the rain at 38 degrees and a huge wind. Went to the Y. Ran 8 total, the last 5 miles each with 0.25 mile sections with the slope at 8. I slowed the dreadmill down about 0.6 MPH to accommodate the slope, and so as not to keel over and die.
