Really good run over all. 10:14 average over 18 miles felt like a pace I could hold for quite a while longer. I only turned the watch off for private moments. I started to get a little stiff in the hammies but not too bad. Had the park to myself, rain a bit when I first got there and then the last 10 minutes otherwise it was pretty decent.
