Notes
Likely the last run for a while, 3rd epidural injection tomorrow, third in 6 months, second in L5/S1. Felt good until 3.6 miles then a bit of tighness, same time as most my runs the last couple weeks. No pain though. Had a whopping 4 hours of sleep last night as I was up till 2:00 painting the basement.
Assume I'll be allowed to use the ellliptical for a few weeks, also considering biking - we'll see.
