Rolling start over 3 days so I thought I would give it a shot - Carter came over from Houston and Vince B joined as well. It was going to be a family weekend but ended up being a cluster F and drove over early in the morning. Left hamstring, left foot, and right ankle all being hot spots lately I didn't know what to expect. The left hamstring is new and it was tight the whole run but didn't get any worse. Nice course, a few rolling hills but mostly flat. Soft surface, grass and sandy at times. Overall pretty easy.
Thought I would go a little faster but just couldn't get the lower gear working. It was also the warmest morning in weeks which didn't help towards the end.
