I had a good run today. Day 110. A bunch of coughing and the week's races slowed me at times. Not a bad effort overall tho. Ran with Ramsay and Matlock until they blitzed off in the last 3 miles. Watch did not stop at the first three fluid stops, so may have been a hair faster.
