Notes

Was on an even 4 hour pace up until towards the end. But my heart was not really in it since I was not a bit sick and have not been training. So I slowed down a little bit after mile 21. At mile 23 I had a Colt45 "beer", and then at mile 26, I grabbed monkeyboy who is watching with the family and had him jog it in with me. I probably lost up to 90 seconds there. But it was a good time. The race started off warm sunny and humid, but it halfway point had cooled down considerably and become cloudy. There was a slight cool headwind coming off the lake, enough to feel good but not to make me work hard. Yeah, a little bit of training and having been healthy and I probably could've had a really nice race. But even with what I had, I am happy.

Good going Trent. Positive attitude even though different results were preferred. Marathon is a long way to be bothered, so cheers to making the best of it.

Good job, brother Trent.
