Criminy. Fell apart by mile 6 due to GI illness, had to turn around and return over 5 miles. Most painful and slowest 5 miles ever. Stupid. Shouldn't even count these miles. Heck, I should count them against my total. Too bad RA won't let me enter negative miles. 11 miles out of 42.
