Nobody out. Just 8 other runners through downtown DC. Good rain, but not Monkey rain. Weird oddness again with GPS in that first few blocks. Whatever.
Got back to my hotel and overheard a woman chatting with her friend as I entered the lobby: "It sure is nasty out there this morning." Oh yeah!
