Second fastest marathon for me, not quite my PR goal for this race. But. You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find you get what you need.
3:44 pace and feeling good with a fabulous Swampy pacer through about mile 20.5, after some rollers. Then the wheels tried to come off. I spent the next 2ish miles trying to hold on, hydrate and get fluid in me. Pacer man took the effort of getting my mind back where it belongs. Ran in the last 3ish miles, just off pace, but could not recapture the missing minutes.
