Notes
This was an odd route - out to the KOA, then the Birdneck bike path, down to Pacific and over the lake on the bridge, around to the usual stopping point at Delaware and Mediterranean. Right knee really bothering me again. Need to get back into plyo and one legged squats to rehab that leg.
