Originally I thought I'd do this as a GA run, but I'm going to call it tempo because I did manage two miles at around 7:00 pace (miles 5 and 6). The first three miles were 7:45ish, then 7:30, 7:00, 7:00, 7:30, 7:20 or so. Felt really great, which surprised me given the dead legs I've had the past few days. Think it may be time to replace the Nimbi.
