This was a good long run - remarkably free of intestinal issue. Temperature came down overnight and was a gorgeous 65 today. Unfortunately, as is common around here, with the lower temps came the wind so definitely blowing hard - particularly along the water. Ran through the Neptune parade and after coming back to 20th weaving in and out of walkers, bikers and the huge crowd on the boardwalk, bailed and went up to Baltic to run the last mile home. Good run - think there were some 7:30s in there even into the wind. Do not feel horribly beat up now so I think that if I slow it down, I should easily be able to run 16.
