Still having intestinal issues. I think I could be running well if not for this issue. Anyway, ran some fartlek today, which felt pretty good once I finally got through the bathroom breaks. Just running at somewhere around 10K pace I think, but what I like about fartlek is the ability to just do what I feel like without worrying about pace.
