Slow run. I'm saying 87 but it probably ranged from low 80s at the start to 90s by the end. I actually felt pretty decent but had to stop for two bathroom breaks and other breaks for water, traffic, etc. Still and all, given that I thought this would totally suck, it wasn't bad and I actually made it through 9 miles in ridonkulous heat and humidity.
