Notes
A little more wind today, but still pretty much IRC. Never did get out the door to run last night so wound up doing medium long run today. I hope it is not going to prove to be a giant mistake and make tomorrow's long run total misery. I wish I'd had time to tack on the additional 6 today because all systems were working well - only one bathroom stop and after a slower start, was clicking off pretty easy 7:55 to 8:00 miles.
