Nice day for a run, but as I kind of expected, the legs are trashed from 8 miles in the skyspeeds yesterday. Decided to shuffle things around and do long run tomorrow since work is slow and then do recovery Saturday since I have Bingo, and shift the 10 miles to Sunday.
