ASICS Gel-DS Sky Speed (Neon Yellow)
Tempo run. Quite warm and humid this morning and wound up getting pretty hot after three tempo miles. This actually turned into a long tempo run with two miles at 8:05 to 8:15 and the rest between 7:15 and 7:40.
