Notes
I got super lucky with the weather. Now, at 10:55 it is sunny and headed toward 95 plus; but at 7:30 and for my entire run it was overcast and cooler, albeit ridiculously humid. I did get back looking like a drowned rat but did not have to suffer through crazy heat and avoided the direct sun. Would have been a great run if not for knee troubles that made me have to slow waaay down for a couple of miles. Need to remember to take knee brace with me on these longer runs.
