Notes
This was a good run until about 7.5 miles in when my right knee just gave out on me. Struggled through the last half mile. Need to figure out how to brace the knee without causing it to go numb. Very strong NE wind, which made it not much fun on the way down the boardwalk. Warmed up a couple of miles, then ran one minute on two or three minutes off for the next five miles, then just easy the last mile. Probably around 10K effort?
