Overcast, sprinkling, not overly windy though some wind on the last mile running east. Had planned on a GA run today but this week's schedule is better for medium long today so sort of combined the two into a GA paced medium long run. Felt pretty decent after I got through 5 miles or so. I swear it takes that long just to get warmed up to run fastish these days. Anyway, good run all told.
