Today's run was a medium long run in icky weather conditions - raining and cold with a ENE wind blowing at 15-20 mph. Yuck. Needless to say, the shoes were soaked by half way through the run and I never did warm up despite wearing my waterproof jacket and tights, hat and gloves. This was a decent run, though my knee bothered me somewhat. No pit stop required, which alone made it a success. I think it was around 8:00s for the first few miles, then 7:50s and then once the wind at my back probably dipping down to 7:40s.
