Notes

Easy untimed run. Tried to make it without stopping but just could not get past 3.5 miles or so. I think I need to just stop and stretch, walk, whatever as soon as I feel the numbness coming on - usually right around 2 miles - because it seems that if I do that then I can continue the run reasonably well and even start feeling good by about 4-5 miles in.
