Wasn't sure I would be up for any tempo running, but did two miles in 6:52 and 6:59 with the second mile into the wind and with an uphill in it. Also ran three GAish miles (7:38, 7:30, 7:30), with the others in the 8:00 range. Felt pretty good at the faster paces, though would like to get to the point of running 3 or more at 7:00 pace.
