Gorgeous, sunny and cool weather after what seems like a week of rain. Quite windy, though. Another Kinvara run. Two miles warm up (supposed to be easy but turned into more like 8:00 miles), then three miles with one minute fartlek at about tempo pace - guessing totally. These miles were all in the 7:30 range. Felt good - nice and smooth. Once mileage gets up to 40, will try a day with one whole mile at what seems like tempo effort and see what I get.
